Role Overview
You are the first impression of Adventure Golf Carts.

Your job is to:

Be friendly, responsive, and helpful

Keep our carts represented well online and in the showroom

Guide customers all the way from “just looking” to “so glad we bought here”

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role — more time helping customers in the showroom and on the lot than sitting in meetings. It’s ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, loves working with people, and wants to be the face of a growing small business while growing their impact and income over time.

Business Hours & Schedule
This is an in-person role based at our dealership.

Monday–Friday:

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Most Saturdays:

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Saturdays are one of our busier sales days, especially in the spring and summer, so being available most Saturdays is an important part of the job. When you work a Saturday, we’ll often work in a partial day off during the week when it makes sense, though many weeks will still be Monday–Saturday.

What You’ll Be Doing
Website & Online Listings

Keep our website and online listings accurate and up-to-date

Upload pricing, photos, videos, and detailed descriptions for all inventory

Social Media & Video

Take fun photos and videos of carts, builds, deliveries, and shop life

Create posts, reels, and videos

Write captions that sound clear, friendly, and on-brand

Keep an eye on comments and messages

Lead Management

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (phone, text, email)

Track every lead and follow up until there’s a clear yes
o outcome

Walk customers through the whole process:

First conversation

Quotes and options

Invoices and deposits

Delivery and pickup

Make buying a cart feel easy, clear, and fun

Customer Experience

Greet and assist walk-ins, appointments, and test drives

Host customers in the showroom and on the lot with a positive, relaxed attitude

Product Knowledge

Learn our models, packages, upgrades, and accessories

Understand the pros/cons of different builds and options so you can make clear recommendations

Financing & Paperwork

Learn our financing options in detail and be able to explain them clearly and confidentlyWalk customers through the entire financing process from start to finish

Help customers complete all finance applications and related paperwork

Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted correctly

Coordinate with lenders or partners as needed to get deals approved and funded

Inventory & Admin

Help track and document inventory (new, used, and in-progress builds)

Register sold carts for warranty and assist with basic paperwork

Make sure deals are clean, accurate, and well documented

Team Coordination

Communicate with the production and service teams

Make sure builds and deliveries line up with what you’ve promised customers

Showroom & Lot Presentation

Keep the showroom and lot clean, organized, and attractive

Help with signage, display layout, and overall presentation
