Job Title: Production Technician Location: Frederick, MD 21703 (Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract with high possibility of extension Shift: 1st Shift - 6:30am to 6pm (2-2-3 schedule) Pay: $22/hr - $26/hr. (Negotiable) Job Responsibilities: Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities. Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification. Follow and execute cGMP documentation. Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES). Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor. Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing. Adhere to Client values and behaviors. Other duties as assigned or identified. Required (Must Have): 0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks. Ability to comply cGMP standards Must possess computer skills Ability to follow instruction and directions Preferred (Nice to have): BS/BA degree preferred Degree in STEM field Prior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environment (YR-IND) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $22 - $26 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
