Overview
We are currently looking for a Creative Strategist in Germany. This opportunity is ideal for a performance-driven creative professional who thrives at the intersection of paid media, data analysis, and direct-response marketing. The role focuses on building high-converting creative strategies that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. Working in a fast-paced remote environment, you will collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and editors to continuously optimise campaign performance. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of consumer psychology, testing frameworks, and conversion-focused messaging. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction for large-scale paid acquisition campaigns while using performance insights to guide decision-making.
Accountabilities
Own and lead performance creative strategy for paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
Develop compelling hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts, and creative frameworks designed to maximize conversions and customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS to identify winning strategies and improve creative effectiveness.
Build, manage, and refine structured creative testing roadmaps to drive continuous optimisation and scalable growth.
Collaborate with copywriters, editors, designers, and media buyers to produce and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
Evaluate successful and underperforming campaigns to identify actionable insights and scale top-performing creative approaches.
Continuously experiment with new concepts, messaging strategies, and testing methodologies to improve acquisition performance.
Requirements
Senior-level experience in performance creative strategy, direct-response marketing, and/or conversion-focused copywriting.
Strong background in paid media environments, particularly Meta advertising platforms; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
Proven expertise in creating and optimizing high-converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
Deep understanding of direct-response psychology, consumer behavior, and performance-driven messaging.
Experience collaborating closely with media buyers and cross-functional creative teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong accountability and ownership.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Availability to work within European working hours (GMT).
Experience within supplements, wellness, health, or nutrition industries is considered a strong advantage.
