About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Retail Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across our cafes, campaigns, and merchandise program.

This role supports the development and execution of in‑cafe marketing activations, promotional campaigns, retail merchandising, and branded creative assets across all locations. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and project coordinator — someone who enjoys turning ideas into real‑world customer experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience in retail marketing, campaign execution, merchandising, and brand development within a fast‑growing hospitality brand.

Responsibilities
Retail & Cafe Marketing

Coordinate and execute in‑cafe marketing activations across all cafe locations

Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives

Help maintain consistent brand presentation and messaging across retail environments

Coordinate signage, point‑of‑sale materials, and in‑store marketing assets

Partner with cafe operations teams to ensure successful rollout of marketing initiatives

Merchandise Development & Coordination

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of branded merchandise programs

Coordinate merchandise launches, creative assets, vendor communication, and production timelines

Support inventory planning and merchandising presentation within cafes

Help identify opportunities for new merchandise and retail experiences that align with the brand

Graphic Design & Creative Support

Design and adapt marketing assets for print, digital, retail, and promotional use

Create graphics for campaigns, events, merchandise, social media, and email marketing

Maintain visual consistency across all customer‑facing materials

Organize and manage creative files and marketing assets

Campaign Coordination

Support campaign planning, timelines, and execution across departments

Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure projects stay on schedule

Assist with reporting, recaps, and performance tracking for campaigns and activations

Qualifications

13 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, graphic design, or brand coordination

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with merchandising, retail environments, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Shopify, or email marketing platforms is a bonus
