What You'll Actually Do as the Business Relationship Manager:

Develop and grow new business relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement

Expand commercial banking relationships and support deposit growth initiatives

Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and professional groups throughout the DFW area

Conduct onsite meetings, networking events, and client presentations

Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting systems

Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding and client experience

Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote additional financial solutions

What You'll Need to Succeed as the Business Relationship Manager:

3-5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, relationship management, or financial services sales

Proven success with prospecting, networking, and developing new business relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a highly client-facing environment

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Experience managing sales pipelines and client activity through CRM platforms

It's a Bonus If You Have:

Banking, credit union, or financial institution experience

Experience working with commercial clients or business accounts

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
