Missy Sweater Designer — Wholesale Fashion, Fast-Paced

Premier Brands Group Holdings is growing and we are actively seeking a strong Missy Sweater Designer to join our expanding design team supporting iconic brands across our portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with strong moderate / mass market wholesale experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Design and develop seasonal sweater product from concept through development
Research trends, yarns, stitch direction, color, and silhouette concepts
Create CADs, sketches, presentation boards, and tech packs
Partner cross-functionally with merchandising and product development on assortment strategy
Manage development communication with overseas vendors and factories
Participate in fittings and communicate fit/design comments
Maintain PLM data including BOMs, specs, and tech packs
Support showroom setup, market appointments, and seasonal reviews
Qualifications:

5–8 years of Missy Sweater Design experience
Moderate / mass market wholesale apparel experience required
Strong understanding of sweater construction, yarns, gauges, and stitch development
PLM experience is an absolute must
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills required
Strong organizational and communication skills
