About the Role
The

Regional Sales Specialist

is a field-based, travel-intensive role focused on driving occupancy and revenue growth across assigned Grace Management communities nationwide.

This position partners closely with local community teams to strengthen sales performance, support occupancy goals, and deliver exceptional experiences for prospective residents and families.

100% travel-based role

Communities may be assigned anywhere within the Grace Management portfolio nationwide

Assignments vary in duration based on community needs

Structured schedule:

10 consecutive working days followed by 4 scheduled days off

This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys travel, autonomy, relationship-building, and making an immediate impact.

Essential Functions

Lead or support community sales efforts to achieve occupancy goals within designated timelines

Utilize The ENGAGE Sales Process with prospects and families

Maintain competitive market analysis and identify occupancy trends

Develop and execute Strategic Trimester Plans

Train and coach community associates on:

Inquiry management

Tours and visits

Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

Integrate into assigned community teams with a collaborative and positive approach

Champion the organization’s mission, culture, and service standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned
Qualifications

2+ years of successful multi-site senior living sales experience

Experience selling Independent Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care

Proven ability to drive occupancy and revenue growth

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

CRM proficiency and strong computer skills

Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field preferred
