We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Handyman who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. This is an opportunity to join a growing team with consistent year-round work across a wide variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects throughout Northern Virginia.

What You’ll Do
Perform skilled repairs, maintenance, and improvement work on commercial and residential properties
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, trim, flooring, and general repair projects
Troubleshoot and repair light plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, fixtures, and building systems
Install shelving, hardware, cabinetry, and other fixtures
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Accurately document completed work and job updates
Deliver high-quality workmanship while providing an exceptional customer experience

What You Bring
10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or skilled trades
Strong ability across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, and plumbing
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think on your feet
Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining repairs or recommendations
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Own basic tools needed for daily work
Must live within the Northern Virginia service area
Fluent English required
15+ years of experience preferred
