About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 2017, and today I'm fortunate to lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. I'm a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting. Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program. Team members enjoy several perks, including a closed lunch hour each day, early closures at 3 p.m. on Fridays, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. Our office has a calming, home-like atmospherefeaturing artwork from a local female artist, a fully stocked fridge, free snacks and coffee, monthly team lunches, planned breakfast gatherings, and regular team-building events. Role Description
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Morgan Hedderich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
