As a Communications Senior Associate in our Technology team, you will provide direct communications support and act as a trusted advisor to one or more Heads of Technology. You will create and deliver strategic communications plans, develop targeted messaging, and organize key employee and leadership meetings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and foster employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct communications support and act as a trusted advisor to Technology leaders, creating and delivering strategic communications plans

Write targeted communications including executive messages, business updates, technology success stories, people-related communications, and organization announcements

Develop and deliver content and messaging for employees via intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, blogs, town halls, and social media

Organize key employee and senior leadership meetings, including town halls, offsites, small group sessions, and site visits

Prepare and send targeted emails and surveys

Identify and track key performance metrics to report on results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and coordinating against tight deadlines

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive matters

Demonstrate flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Minimum 3 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building

Demonstrated success developing executive-level messages and providing communications counsel to senior management

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects

Self-motivated team player, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High level of independence, energy, and integrity; demonstrates respect for diverse opinions and styles

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment

Interest in working in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Must provide writing samples and complete a written test as part of the application process

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in technology or financial services

Experience working in multinational organizations

Commitment to accuracy and compliance

Proven ability to drive process improvements

Demonstrated leadership in employee engagement or communications strategy

Familiarity with digital content creation and distribution platforms

Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML)
