Account Manager / Producer/Customer Advocate
We are a growing captive insurance agency on a mission to protect our clients and community one policy at a time. Our team runs on trust, integrity, and probably too much coffee. We believe insurance isn't just paperwork; it's peace of mind, and we take that seriously (even when we're laughing). We're looking for a motivated Account Manager who's ready to do meaningful work without taking themselves too seriously.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (yes, people will actually be happy to hear from you)

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, no cookie-cutter solutions here

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and good old-fashioned hustle

Manage customer service and account updates without losing your mind

Collaborate with a team that has your back

Hit your goals and then set bigger ones

What We're Looking For

Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (we'll help you get there)

Sales, account management or strong customer service experience is a plus but a great attitude goes a long way

Strong communicator who can explain insurance without making people's eyes glaze over

Self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder

Detail-oriented because the fine print actually matters in this industry

A sense of humor (seriously, it helps)
