Village Nissan, a proud member of the Drive Auto Group, is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting both the sales team and customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support all administrative functions within the Sales Department
Prepare and process vehicle deal files accurately and efficiently
Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up communications
Coordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and documentation requirements
Maintain accurate customer and sales records within dealership systems
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Service, and Licensing departments to ensure timely completion of deals
Monitor inventory status, incoming vehicles, and delivery timelines
Support sales staff with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and documentation preparation
Ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations
Assist in maintaining showroom organization and presentation standards
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Support management with reporting and other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Previous administrative or coordination experience in an automotive dealership environment is considered an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Professional and customer-focused attitude
OMVIC licensing is considered an asset
