NADclinic- Producers of the worlds premium NAD+, New Bremen, OH, USA

Pay: €39,000 – €46,000

Job type: Contract

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and German‑speaking Sales Administrator to join our growing international team. This is a phone‑first role: you will be expected to spend a significant part of your day on the phone — building and nurturing relationships with existing partners, and confidently reaching out to new prospects through outbound cold calling. As a key link between our DACH sales operation and our global partner network, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial processes run smoothly and drive real revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
Telephone‑Based Sales & Partner Engagement

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B leads across the DACH market — cold calling is a core and daily part of this role.

Proactively call existing partners and accounts to nurture relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.

Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing‑generated leads promptly by phone to convert interest into active partnerships.

Confidently introduce NADclinic’s product portfolio and value proposition over the phone to clinical directors, wellness operators, and commercial buyers.

Maintain a structured daily call routine with clear targets for outreach volume, pipeline progression, and follow‑up activity.

Log all call outcomes, next steps, and conversation notes accurately in the CRM immediately after each interaction.

Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks across the DACH territory.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate pipeline, partner, and client data.

Process orders, quotations, and contract documentation in line with NADclinic’s commercial standards.

Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners and clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to NADclinic’s product suite.

Prepare regular sales reports and territory summaries for senior leadership.
