This job starts at $52,000 and has an opportunity to earn $25,000 in increases in the first year.

What You’ll Do

Pitch media daily across national, trade, and local outlets

Treat journalists like a pipeline, build relationships, follow up, and close

Turn client stories into angles that actually get picked up

Secure interviews, placements, and features consistently

Work directly with content and digital teams to amplify wins

Track activity, results, and progress through our system (ARs, reporting)

Be accountable to weekly output and results, not just effort

What Winning Looks Like

Consistent media placements every month

High activity levels (calls, emails, follow-ups) that lead to outcomes

Ability to take a “no” and turn it into a “not yet”

Owning your pipeline and your results

You have a

Compensation
This is a

highly bonused role .

Base salary + aggressive performance bonuses tied to placements and results
