As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people’s lives.

Primary Responsibilities

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging).

Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.

Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.

Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Help junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.

Repair and clean equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.

Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between the warehouse and the working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
