Hybrid Role – Work from home but also be able to attend meetings and events within Maine

Part time/Seasonal or Intern needed - Maine

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design creative marketing materials in the Microsoft and Adobe creative suites. Specifically experience with PowerPoint and Photoshop.

Manage portfolio creative assets (brand packages) and consistency through marketing materials.

Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing creative deliverables, strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

Support PR, communications and social work for portfolio announcements.

On-site event and/or leasing meeting support, as needed.

Prepares leasing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing leasing data.

Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock and placing orders.

MARKETING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Creative design skills in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.

Email marketing

Marketing research

Event operations

Project management

Reporting research results

Process improvement

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to work in outdoor conditions during event days.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within commercial real estate.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
