We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Master Craftsman with high level skills in multiple trades. The AHS Master Craftsman is the best Craftsman our company has to offer to our clients. He has been consistent over time in craftsmanship and in executing quality customer service. He has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman and lead man. He is able to Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite. Our Master Craftsman Is a COACH.

Coach - DAD - Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone, if needed.

Customer oriented. He understands the importance of communication with the customer.

Hero - He responds well to difficult situations.

Job Duties | Responsibilities

Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.

Job Responsibilities

Perform all types of quality handyman repairs

Carpentry

Drywall repair

Painting

Tile work

Basic plumbing and electrical

Qualifications

5+ years of Master Craftsman experience

Own wide variety of tools

Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

Excellent customer service skills

Collaborative, optimistic, reliable

Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job

Tool and gas allowances

Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) - No weekend work

Compensation
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per week
