We are hiring a Marketing Manager to help our mission of redefining education and technology for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Kibu is a fast‑growing startup that creates curriculum and software for disability service providers.

Kibu provides an integrated content platform and admin tooling that enables individuals with IDD to become more independent through inclusive classes, while streamlining workflows for providers. The company has raised more than $5 M in seed funding and supports over 400 organizations in 46 states.
Role Overview
This hybrid position offers ownership across content, email, social, paid acquisition, events, and marketing operations. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to develop strategy and execute day‑to‑day initiatives that drive pipeline, branding, and the impact of Kibu’s solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to shape and execute Kibu’s marketing strategy across content, demand generation, brand, and marketing operations.
Write and produce copy for blog posts, case studies, email sequences, landing pages, social posts and sales enablement content targeted at disability service providers.
Own and grow the email marketing program, including nurture sequences, newsletters and lifecycle campaigns aimed at providers and operators.
Manage Kibu’s presence across organic social and emerging channels, building an audience within the I/DD community.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product and leadership to keep messaging tight and feedback loops fast.
Bring fresh ideas, experiment quickly, and help define Kibu’s brand representation in the industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1‑3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or mission‑driven healthcare/education organization.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive copy for diverse audiences.
Comfort working across multiple marketing functions: content, demand generation, brand & creative, marketing operations.
Working knowledge of CRMs and design tools such as Canva and/or Figma.
High agency and self‑starter mentality.
Coachable, curious, and eager to grow within a small, supportive team.
Genuine interest in Kibu’s mission and the IDD community.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate marketing work.
Background in a startup or other small, fast‑moving team.
Exposure to demand generation, lifecycle email, paid acquisition, SEO, marketing analytics.
Familiarity with the disability services or education landscape.
