Join Publicis Groupe’s Global Operations team in a strategic client‑facing role to advise and deliver for our top multi‑national clients on how to establish best‑in‑class global and local marketing operations. The Sr. Director, Global Operations Solutions Consulting & Delivery Lead role is responsible for working directly with our top global clients to consult, package, recommend, sell, and lead the deployment of our end‑to‑end operational offerings. This role also ensures successful deployment of recommended solutions and that each project is delivered appropriately. It will lead key client engagements and inform our next‑generation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed assessments, identify root client challenges, and compile a summary of gaps and opportunities
- Identify and package Publicis Groupe operational solutions to address new and existing client needs
- Compile cohesive, clear, actionable strategic client recommendations, pricing estimates and any additional follow‑up material through approval
- Directly manage proposal/recommendation delivery within agreed timelines, setting expectations, scoping with internal executive and delivery teams to ensure proposal milestones are achieved and solutions ultimately delivered
- Collaborate with clients, product teams and key capabilities to solve problems and design effective solutions that support internal teams and client business needs
- Work with the New Business Transition team to set up and implement Publicis Groupe operational solutions for new clients during transition
- Manage internal and client executive leadership and account team communications and relationships
- Conduct half‑yearly account reviews with Global Client Leads and teams
- Manage global operations project management, solution SMEs and product teams to ensure timely delivery of operational solutions
Qualifications
- 5‑10 years’ agency experience in media product management and technology (client‑facing), media operations (client‑facing), or client‑side marketing roles
- Strong experience with project planning, management and delivery
- Deep understanding of media operations and the roles of data governance, trafficking, reporting, and analytics across the end‑to‑end media process
- Proactive self‑starter who is detail‑oriented and can work independently
- Flexible and open to role changes or evolutions and to take on new or additional work beyond scope as needed
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and persuasion skills to develop, manage and maintain client relationships
- Strong presentation skills, including compilation of presentations and collateral to convey recommendations and inspire
- Highest ethical standards
- Prepared to roll up sleeves and get hands on with projects
Benefits and Compensation
Compensation Range: $121,315.00 - $174,300.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
