About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Postman’s features and services, especially for platform engineers and developers. This role is based in San Francisco, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product marketing strategy for Postman features and services, driving awareness and market penetration.
- Work with engineering teams to translate functionality into customer‑facing value messaging.
- Create compelling outbound product messaging and content such as blogs, videos, tutorials, web pages, webinars, and social media.
- Support the field with training and content (pitch decks, playbooks).
- Plan and implement feature and service launches, producing launch materials and coordinating with operational teams.
- Support Postman events and third‑party trade shows to showcase products.
About You
- 5+ years of professional product marketing experience (or 2+ years of post‑MBA management or strategy consulting).
- Experience in software, SaaS, developer tools, or DevOps.
- Proven track record building product positioning and messaging.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
Bonus Points
- Direct experience with developers and application builders.
- Comfortable marketing to technical leaders.
- Familiarity with Postman API Platform.
