The group values technical excellence, continuous learning, cloud-native delivery, modern DevOps practices, and strong engineering ownership—empowering leaders to drive both technical direction and product outcomes.

Responsibilities and Impact

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack features for the Procurement IQ platform, ensuring seamless integration between a modern web UI and backend application services.
  • Architect and implement scalable APIs and microservices on a major cloud platform, leveraging managed compute and storage services to support complex supply-chain intelligence workflows.
  • Design and optimize data persistence and retrieval across both relational data models and graph-based relationship mapping, ensuring high performance, integrity, and maintainability.
  • Drive delivery of AI-assisted capabilities by integrating managed foundation-model/LLM services and orchestration patterns into the application architecture to enable intelligent extraction and relationship inference.
  • Partner closely with product, data science, and platform/operations teams to translate business needs into robust, measurable, client-impacting solutions for automotive OEMs.
  • Champion engineering excellence through coding standards, code reviews, testing strategy, security practices, and performance optimization across the full stack.

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 15+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 5+ years in full-stack roles demonstrating depth across UI and backend development.
  • Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks and backend application frameworks (e.g., web UI frameworks plus service-layer development in a major backend language ecosystem).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering API-first systems and microservices architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and NoSQL/graph databases, including schema design, query optimization, and operational concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, secure, maintainable systems while balancing technical debt and business priorities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AI/ML features, particularly using LLMs via managed enterprise platforms (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Azure Open AI, or Google Gemini).
  • Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration in cloud-native environments.
  • Track record implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code practices in production environments.
