What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize direct response campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Native, etc.)

• Scale campaigns from testing to high 6-figure / 7-figure monthly spend

• Maintain and improve CPL targets while increasing volume

• Build and manage full-funnel acquisition systems (ad → landing page → lead → follow-up)

• Analyze performance data daily and make rapid optimization decisions

• Collaborate closely with creative teams (copywriters, designers, video editors) to ideate, test, and iterate on new winning ad creatives and angles

• Translate performance data into creative insights and new ad concepts

• Identify new opportunities for scaling (audiences, angles, platforms, offers)

• Implement tracking systems (pixels, CAPI, attribution tools, CRM integrations)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in paid media buying with a direct response focus

• Proven success scaling campaigns to $500K–$1M+ monthly spend

• Experience in one or more of:

o Mortgage

o Solar

o Insurance

o Home services

• Strong understanding of:

o CPL optimization

o Funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV)

o A/B testing frameworks

• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams to consistently develop and launch high-performing ad concepts

• Strong creative intuition backed by data (you know why ads win, not just that they win)

• Hands-on experience with platforms like:

o Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

o Native (Taboola/Outbrain) is a plus

• Experience working with lead gen funnels + CRM systems

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions fast
