Role Description
We're looking for a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our team. If you're someone who loves crafting visually compelling work, thrives in a collaborative agency environment, and brings both creative instinct and strategic thinking to every project, this is the perfect role for you. In this position you will work closely art director, digital and account teams to bring campaigns to life across a range of clients and marketing channels.
What You'll Do
Design & Execution
• Concept and execute creative work across digital, social, print, and other media from
brief to final delivery
• Translate client goals and brand guidelines into polished, on-strategy design
• Produce a wide variety of print and digital assets including social content, digital ads,
brand materials, direct mail, editorial, packaging design, presentation slides, and more.
• Keep brand consistent and cohesive across every asset, from small-scale social posts to
large campaign rollouts
• Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts that are both strategically grounded and
visually compelling
Collaboration
• Partner with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop cohesive creative
concepts
• Participate actively in brainstorms and contribute ideas that push work beyond the
expected
• Support client presentations by preparing well-crafted, clearly communicated creative
decks
Quality & Process
• Manage your own project timelines and deliver work that meets quality standards and
deadlines
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly without losing the integrity of the
concept
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables
Growth & Innovation
• Stay current on design trends, cultural moments, and emerging tools — including AI-
assisted workflows
• Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to the team and to client challenges
• Continuously develop your craft and expand your skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of design experience, ideally in a creative agency or related environment
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates range — brand work, digital campaigns, and
conceptual thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting
priorities.
