Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand and category management initiatives within the Tissue & Towel portfolio, including ownership of dispensing systems strategy and execution. This role drives commercial success through strategic marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional leadership, while managing and developing a team of marketing coordinators. The position partners closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and best-in-class execution.



Brand & Category Management

  • Lead the development and execution of brand and category strategies for Tissue & Towel products within the AFH/commercial segment: Livi VPG, Livi VPG Select, Livi Ultra-Premium, and LoCor products/dispensing systems
  • Work with Product Management to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to support pricing strategies, product positioning, and portfolio optimization
  • Drive new product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectives


Project Management

  • Support AFH leadership in the execution of key initiatives and strategic projects
  • Actively participate in weekly cross-functional project meetings as required
  • Drive project timelines, accountability, and deliverables across Marketing and Product Development
  • Lead documentation and process management for product development initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product launches and updates


Media Campaigns & Trade Shows

  • Support development of content and materials for media campaigns and industry publications
  • Coordinate trade show planning and execution, including communications across internal teams and external partners
  • Manage logistics for product samples and marketing materials to trade show locations
  • Collaborate with agencies and consultants to ensure successful event execution


Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and develop two Marketing Coordinators, providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance feedback
  • Delegate project work effectively while ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery
  • Establish team processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within tissue, paper, CPG, or AFH industries
  • Experience managing direct reports and developing team members
  • Strong background in brand management, category management, and sales enablement
