We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at a prominent craft brewery. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to create work in a variety of mediums, from beer labels to campaign branding and festival signage.
The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, excellent design fundamentals, and the versatility to move seamlessly between print, digital, environmental, and product design. Animation and illustration skills are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute creative assets across a wide range of brand touchpoints
- Develop branding beer releases, campaigns, events, and festivals
- Create print and digital marketing materials including posters, menus, point-of-sale materials, ads, email graphics, and social assets
- Design beer labels and packaging that align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
- Produce environmental graphics and festival/event signage
- Collaborate closely with marketing, taprooms, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and manufacturing partners
- Contribute to concept development, brainstorming, and creative strategy discussions
- Maintain consistency across brand while helping to evolve the overall visual identity
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, print, and digital work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout, color, and production skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over creative work
- Passion for craft beer, music, food, culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Strongly Preferred
- Illustration skills
- Motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Familiarity with packaging production and print processes

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
