As the largest national provider of healthcare laundry and linen rental services, ImageFIRST is growing fast and looking for talented sales professionals to help expand our impact./ppImageFIRST offers stability and long-term opportunities within the healthcare industry, one of the most resilient and consistently growing sectors./ppResponsibilities/pulliSuccessfully complete the 13-week onboarding success track/liliManage and grow key relationships within a defined portfolio of existing clients/liliMeet or exceed quarterly new business growth targets/liliEnsure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly/liliStrategically position clients for seamless contract renewals/liliFoster long-term client relationships through proactive support and engagement/liliDrive customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently/liliCollaborate with Customer Advocates, Service, and Production leadership to maintain high-quality service delivery/liliParticipate in all required sales meetings and training sessions/liliDevelop and maintain analytical reports as requested by management/liliDesign and execute a Goodwill Plan to strengthen relationships within key accounts/liliLead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders/liliConduct monthly field rides with the Territory Business Manager/liliParticipate in weekly phone outreach sessions in partnership with Outside Sales Specialist/li/ulpQualifications and Experience/pulli1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role/liliExperience supporting existing accounts and managing customer relationships/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel required/liliStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment/liliHigh sense of ownership with strong attention to detail/liliSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization/liliTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients/li/ulpCompany Values
