Social Media Marketing Interns — Content Creation (Ann Arbor)

Paira is an agentic networking platform helping Gen Z and early-career professionals find the right people to solve their problems — from career advice and mock interviews to mentorship, referrals, and startup connections.

We’re looking for creative, trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Interns to help us grow Paira’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and other Gen Z-facing platforms.

What you’ll do:
Create short-form videos and social content for Paira
Film, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms
Help identify Gen Z trends, memes, formats, and content opportunities
Experiment with new content ideas to drive awareness and user growth
Support community growth across social media and online communities

Who we’re looking for:
You understand Gen Z trends and internet culture
You’re familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and other social platforms
You’re comfortable presenting yourself on camera
You can take videos, edit videos, and create content independently
You’re creative, flexible, and excited to build something from the early stage
You have flexible availability

Please note: This is an unpaid internship, best suited for students or early-career creatives looking to gain hands-on startup, marketing, and content creation experience.
