Outside B2B Account Executive – Dallas‑Fort Worth
Our Account Executives manage a portfolio of business clients, cultivate relationships, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and business impact by helping organizations transition to eco-friendly, premium water solutions.

Responsibilities

Local travel to potential prospects within the Dallas‑Fort Worth protected territory (west Dallas between Loop 12 & 35E, down to Waco, and back east near Tyler).

Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses.

Physically cold‑call companies within your territory.

Follow up on company‑provided and self‑generated leads and referrals.

Update CRM and complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Self‑starter with solid prospecting skills – a “Hunter” role.

Personable, energetic, tenacious, and commission‑driven.

Activity‑minded with solid planning and time‑management skills.

Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings Potential

Realistic first‑year total compensation earning potential of $100,000–$120,000.

Unlimited income potential – no caps on commissions or monthly bonuses.

Top 20 % earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually.
