Builders FirstSource - 516 6th Avenue East - Responsibilities: Investigates/examines the condition of company building workmanship and products at the customer's site at all stages of construction; reports findings to Customer Service.; Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.; Negotiates and approves third party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence.; Plans and paces own work efficiency to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals.; Observes safety procedures, attends safety meetings, and may recommend safety improvements.
