The Role: Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships focused on NorstellaLinQ, you will be instrumental in promoting and expanding our real‑world data (RWD) capabilities to high‑profile accounts within the life sciences sector. This role demands a proven history in sales and business development, alongside a profound understanding of RWD applications to foster adoption of NorstellaLinQ among our clients. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, addressing their complex challenges and guiding them in leveraging our RWD solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Drive the sales of Norstella's RWD Products, especially the flagship NorstellaLinQ, to strategic accounts across the life sciences industry.

Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in targeted accounts, working closely with key stakeholders to introduce Norstella's innovative solutions tailored to their specific challenges.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior executives, including C‑level individuals, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement with our services.

Market Intelligence:

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to establish Norstella's leadership position in RWD.

Collaboration:

Partner with cross‑functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align customer needs with our offerings.

Additional Duties:

Perform other assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare data sectors.

RWD Expertise:

Comprehensive understanding of real‑world data applications, data analytics, and deriving insights in the life sciences field.

Sales Acumen:

Proven track record in a quota‑carrying role with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strategic Mindset:

Capable of grasping intricate client needs, formulating customized solutions, and strategically positioning Norstella's offerings.

Excellent Communication:

Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions effectively to senior stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Travel Requirements:
Expect to travel 25% - 50% for in‑person meetings with clients and company events, necessitating attendance at various engagements.
