Territory Sales Manager – Southern San Joaquin Valley, CA
Location: Bakersfield to Fresno.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead sales efforts across the Southern San Joaquin Valley. In this role, you will manage full‑cycle sales activities, build strong relationships with growers and PCAs, and drive adoption of our product portfolio through strategic planning, territory management, and hands‑on field engagement. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role ideal for someone who thrives in the field and is passionate about supporting growers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan for key markets.

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with growers, PCAs, CCAs and distributors.

Drive demand and increase market share for the company’s product portfolio.

Manage account activity using a CRM system.

Plan and execute grower demos to highlight product performance.

Set product‑specific goals with growers and track progress.

Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Field Development, and R&D.

Participate in key industry meetings and represent the company at events.

Serve as a territory resource for product performance inquiries.

Achieve or exceed annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of agricultural sales experience (pesticides preferred).

Bio‑pesticide experience a plus.

PCA or CCA license, or willingness to obtain within one year.

Valid driver’s license.

Must reside within the territory (Bakersfield to Fresno).
