We Are Seeking
We are seeking a highly self-sufficient CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing automation, lead reactivation, and backend campaign systems.
This role is not focused on generating new leads—we already have strong lead volume and a large base of active and dormant merchants.
The priority is improving reach, re-engaging dormant leads, building stronger follow-up systems, and creating automated campaigns that drive better conversions and long-term pipeline growth.
We need someone who can function as both a marketer and a systems operator—someone with strong CRM, automation, backend process, and IT-minded problem-solving experience who can build and manage these systems independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Direct Mail)
Create lead reactivation strategies to convert dormant leads
Handle full CRM integration and automation using HubSpot or similar platforms
Segment leads based on behavior, repayment stage, intent, and customer data
Write or oversee high-converting messaging and campaign flows
Track performance (open rates, conversions, ROI, and pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize results
Work directly with leadership to scale campaigns and improve long-term revenue performance
Role Overview
You will own the backend marketing engine—building the systems that ensure the right merchants receive the right message at the right time.
This includes campaign automation, customer lifecycle management, lead segmentation, attribution tracking, reporting, and re-engagement strategy.
You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and IT, but this role is a hands-on high level management position, not a support role.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms
Proven experience building lifecycle campaigns and CRM workflows from scratch
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, attribution, and lead management
Experience optimizing dormant leads and improving lead conversion
Strong backend, systems-thinking, and operational problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
Experience in financial services, MCA, or high-ticket sales is a strong plus
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
This is a salaried role with expected flexibility based on workload and business needs.
