Business & Sales Manager

This role focuses on developing future leaders through hands-on exposure to sales operations, community engagement, and team-based sales strategy. The Business & Sales Manager will also support initiatives that connect customers to essential wireless services and 5G tablet programs through direct sales outreach. As a Business & Sales Manager, you’ll step into a role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of wireless technology sales in San Diego. The Business & Sales Manager will also engage with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with life-changing connectivity solutions. Our comprehensive sales training will teach the Business & Sales Manager to manage sales pipelines, optimize territory performance, and build customer relationships. Core Functions of the Business & Sales Manager Lead rotating outreach efforts across San Diego, introducing customers to wireless programs through clear conversations. Build foundational leadership skills through accelerated training in territory planning and community‑based sales engagement. Use local insights to identify underserved pockets in South Bay and East County where wireless access can create immediate value. Maintain enrollment accuracy by guiding customers through each step with professionalism and compliance. Support team development by modeling confident, simple demonstrations of wireless benefits during field interactions. Drive daily momentum by helping shape outreach priorities, adjusting plans based on real‑time community responses. Education & Experience for the Business & Sales Manager A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales or business management is a bonus. Familiarity with basic device use to support simple, sales‑driven demonstrations. Willingness to learn territory‑based sales strategies through structured training. Comfort initiating conversations that build interest and move them toward enrollment.
