Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation initiatives for a growing manufacturing organization in Houston, Texas. This position is designed for an experienced digital marketer who can translate campaign data into business insight, influence senior stakeholders, and improve pipeline performance across multiple business units. The role combines hands-on paid media execution, web content oversight, and strategic collaboration to support ambitious growth objectives in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead paid search programs across key platforms, continuously refining targeting, bidding, and ad performance to increase lead volume.
• Monitor conversion trends and campaign effectiveness, then turn findings into clear updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee lead generation activity for several business units, aligning marketing efforts with broader revenue and growth priorities.
• Maintain and update website content in WordPress to support campaign goals, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, marketing colleagues, and business leaders to coordinate initiatives that strengthen demand generation outcomes.
• Help shape short- and long-term marketing plans by identifying performance opportunities, testing new ideas, and improving channel strategy.
• Use analytics, call tracking, and reporting tools to evaluate results and support data-driven decision-making.
• Apply AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows, improve campaign execution, and enhance marketing performance.• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid search and performance-driven lead generation.
• Proven success managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns in a B2B setting; manufacturing sector experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI to interpret results and communicate insights.
• Ability to present campaign performance, opportunities, and recommendations confidently to executives and General Managers.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation strategy, conversion optimization, and growth-focused marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with WordPress and comfort managing website content updates that support acquisition goals.
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions in a fully onsite environment while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
