Friday: OT as needed

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Production Technician

to join our team in Pearland, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the

assembly and packaging of life-saving medical devices

in a cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a technical and regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and package medical devices according to detailed instructions
Perform work in a cleanroom environment following strict quality standards
Use microscopes and small tools to handle delicate components
Perform basic soldering tasks (training provided if needed)
Operate hand-held scanners and other production equipment
Move materials using pallet jacks and manual lifting
Maintain accurate records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Preferred (Not Required – Training Provided):
Experience with soldering or microscope work
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments
Work Environment

Use of specialized equipment and tools
