What You’ll Help Scale
- An established Salt Lake City Finance & Accounting recruiting practice across Interim and Permanent placements
- Long-term partnerships with Private Equity firms, portfolio companies, and high-growth businesses
- A growing multi-million dollar book of business across consulting and search
- A team and platform designed for continued expansion and leadership growth
- Proven track record in senior level Finance & Accounting recruiting, interim consulting, and/or permanent placement
- Experience running a full 360 desk across both client development and candidate management
- Background building relationships with PE firms, portfolio companies, and middle-market leadership teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow a market and expand a platform
- Player/coach mentality — equally strong in business development, recruiting, and leadership

Preferred Background

- 8+ years of Staffing & Recruiting experience in Finance & Accounting
- Experience with senior level Interim/Contract and/or Permanent Placement recruiting
- Proven success managing full life cycle recruiting and client development
- Experience building and scaling client relationships within Finance & Accounting markets
