Marketing Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Salary: $65,000–$70,000
We are partnering with a growing commercial real estate firm to identify a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy and collaborative Tampa office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong design and project coordination skills, and is looking to grow within commercial real estate. For candidates with deeper industry experience, the role can flex toward a Marketing Manager level.
About the Role
In this role, you will support a team of agents by bringing property listings to life through well-executed marketing materials and campaigns. You will balance creative work with day-to-day coordination, so strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.
You will work closely with leadership, including a remote CMO, and interact regularly with agents, executives, and clients. The team has established templates, systems, and processes in place to help you stay efficient and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials including flyers, email campaigns, and social media content for property listings
- Develop maps, aerials, and visual layouts to showcase locations, surrounding areas, and competitive landscapes
- Build presentations and tour books for client meetings and site selection efforts
- Manage and update listings across internal systems and third-party platforms
- Support email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
- Track and report on marketing activity and campaign performance
- Ensure property signage and marketing assets are accurate and up to date
- Partner with agents to highlight listings and identify opportunities to enhance visibility
- Maintain organized digital files for listings and marketing materials
- Provide general office and coordination support as needed
Qualifications
- Marketing experience, ideally within commercial real estate
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
- Experience creating maps, layouts, or working with market data is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
