Graphic Designer

Be Amazing is hiring a full time Graphic Designer to own how our brand shows up across every surface as we scale across digital, social, and retail.
This Job is located in NASHVILLE TN and will be 3-4 days in office.
What you'll own

Social graphics and ad creative across Instagram, TikTok, retail, and Meta
Amazon and TikTok Shop assets including listings, A+ content, and storefronts
Retail merchandising and shelf ready visuals for Target, Wegmans, HEB, and Sprouts
Packaging art files for production runs and new SKUs
Presentation decks for investors, retailers, and internal use
Brand guidelines that keep everything feeling like one brand

We're hiring someone super talented to help take this brand to the next level while improving all of our current initiatives. We need someone with experience, passion for what we're building, and the creativity to push us forward.
We need to make our content more consistent
We need to update our art files and current packaging
We need more talent under the Be Amazing roof that will push the team forward
Our branding, art, and graphics are inconsistent across channels
Who we're looking for

Are you super creative and can problem solve? Can you handle moving fast? Can you own multiple tasks at once all with prompt deadlines? Can you be okay with getting close to perfect with all your work knowing that there are so many things to tackle?

What we need on an experience level

At least 2 years of professional design experience
A polished portfolio with range across digital and physical formats
Packaging experience
CPG experience
Comfortable owning timelines and hitting press deadlines
Pushes back when something isn't right and pushes beyond templates
Looking for ownership and growth, not a role to coast in

About Be Amazing

Be Amazing was born in a moment of adversity. While building the company, cofounder Mike was diagnosed with a rare cancer, and after multiple failed chemotherapies his survival odds dropped to 30%. During recovery he was told to add greens and vegan protein, but the options were nearly undrinkable. That moment sparked our mission to create wellness products that actually work and taste amazing. The chemo that helped save Mike's life was called B.E. A.M., a name that stayed with him and ultimately inspired ours.
