  • Salary Range: 75K – 95K
  • Hybrid Requirement: 3 days in NYC office


We are actively recruiting for an SAE role for a growing healthcare ad agency in NYC! This award-winning agency has experienced tremendous growth over the past four years and is now seeking an SAE willing to lateral or a seasoned AE ready to take the next step. Please note: You MUST have experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency (ideally HCP).


Role:

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for maintaining relationships between the client and the Agency for key accounts on the assigned projects. The Senior Account Executive has frequent contact with the client and oversees internal team collaboration and workflow. Under the direction of their supervisor, draft project briefs, execute projects, and work with both client and Agency personnel to reach marketing objectives. The Senior Account Executive will join a team of highly creative, talented client service professionals.


Responsibilities:

· Develop product knowledge base (includes an understanding of product indications, clinical, market research, brand plans, and competitive knowledge)

· Ensure successful startup, conduct, and completion of all account projects (external and internal, as assigned)

· Follow through on all slide decks (internally and with client)

· Interact with all members of the agency product team to ensure accurate information exchange and smooth and timely completion of projects

· Daily tracking of all jobs to coordinate the efficient flow of jobs throughout the agency

· Open jobs and work with supervisor to complete creative work authorization forms (i.e., Project/Creative Brief, Job Initiation Form) with thorough information from the both agency and client

· Participate in project-review meetings and evaluate deliverables prior to client submission

· Prepare status reports and contact reports for internal and client distribution

· Identify new tactical opportunities

· Meet with outside vendors for idea generation

· Support new business pitches

· Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures

· Maintain day-to-day contact with core brand team members to ensure proper information flow from client to agency/agency to client

· Develop relationships with key client departments beyond the marketing team (i.e., regulatory, production, editorial)

· Attend client meetings and client primary review/review committee meetings as needed. Take detailed notes, distribute them to the team, and ensure readiness to answer questions on client direction.


Requirements:

· 3+ years experience in a Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Advertising agency

· Previous experience with website launches, message platforms, campaign development, banner ads, convention work, and optimization of assets

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proactive and successful client service track record

· Ability to work within a team and find solutions to client challenges

· Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and attention to detail

· Strong analytical and conceptual skills
