About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive growth. You will build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and confidently present our product offerings. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, creating sales materials, attending trade shows, and reporting on sales progress.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify new business targets through research, existing relationships, targeted contact or formal introductions; move the customer through the sales cycle.
- Create and manage the sales pipeline through focused activity.
- Understand and define customer requirements to sell in a consultative and partnered way.
- Develop relationships with customers and understand their business so that we sell to them in the correct manner.
- Be a product expert on both current and future ARRISE offerings, and talk with confidence and passion about our wide range of solutions.
- Coordinate internal teams to assist in converting a lead to a customer.
- Develop and update sales material, including presentation resources, to assist in the sales process.
- Create profitable commercials based on the business’s needs and our customers’ requirements.
- Report back to the business on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle.
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences where required.
- Conduct product demonstrations either remotely or face‑to‑face in the customers’ offices.
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop specific initiatives to win more new business.
What We Ask Of You
- Large network of C‑level contacts in the gaming or gambling sector.
- Gaming experience within the Nordic iGaming markets, either online B2B sales/account management or a commercial B2C role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish/Danish and English.
- In‑depth knowledge of casino, slots, and live casino products.
- Experience creating and implementing sales strategies regionally or globally.
- Marketing knowledge.
- Ability to cope with a fast‑paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage the demands of numerous tasks.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
- Self‑motivator and ability to motivate others.
