Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AVP – FinTech to drive strategic growth and revenue expansion within the Financial Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling engineering/R&D or digital technology services to Banking, Financial Services, and FinTech organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new FinTech and BFSI customers.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital engineering, platform engineering, and product development services.
  • Build CXO-level relationships and manage large enterprise accounts.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in selling IT/Engineering/Digital services.
  • Strong exposure to FinTech, Payments, Digital Banking, Lending platforms, or Capital Markets.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Proven track record of hunting new logos and growing strategic accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate at AVP / senior leadership level.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with global FinTech firms or digital-native companies.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain, and Open Banking frameworks.
