Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AVP – FinTech to drive strategic growth and revenue expansion within the Financial Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling engineering/R&D or digital technology services to Banking, Financial Services, and FinTech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new FinTech and BFSI customers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital engineering, platform engineering, and product development services.
- Build CXO-level relationships and manage large enterprise accounts.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to craft compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of experience in selling IT/Engineering/Digital services.
- Strong exposure to FinTech, Payments, Digital Banking, Lending platforms, or Capital Markets.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Proven track record of hunting new logos and growing strategic accounts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate at AVP / senior leadership level.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with global FinTech firms or digital-native companies.
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain, and Open Banking frameworks.
