Under the direction of the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Manager supports the marketing plan through the implementation of various marketing and advertising initiatives; collaborates on campaign strategy and go-to-market plans; manages production of all marketing material; analyzes the effectiveness of campaigns; updates and monitors schedules and timelines; coordinates meetings.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Leadership
Leads integrated campaigns through digital, email, print, social and general member communication.
Develops and manages campaign plans, timelines, messaging, creative assets and execution.
Manages team resources and priorities to ensure commitments are met, negotiates timelines with stakeholders and team members
Performs market research and data analysis
Secures approvals from stakeholders and compliance/legal partners
Ensures accuracy and quality of final materials, performs QA checks and proofing
Manages internal deliverables and supports vendor/agency coordination.
Presents campaign strategy, go-to-market plans and performance to all audiences including leadership, stakeholders and the larger organization
Brand & Messaging Develops marketing briefs and works with partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences
Writes and oversees marketing copy for campaigns, collateral, emails, member communications, website, advertising.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborates cross-functionally to develop marketing plans, gather campaign elements, and strategy alignment.
Marketing Operations Communicates merchandising changes, campaign details and performance updates to stakeholders and branch staff to ensure marketing visibility-leading to compliance, awareness and familiarity with marketing efforts among partners
Oversees implementation and quality assurance of performance and campaign tracking.
Supports merchandise inventory management, campaign/channel planning, and other operational tasks.
Assists with budget tracking
Physical Requirements: (Including lifting, sitting, walking, bending, reaching and squatting % of time in each function)
Indoor office 6 ft. height partitions, no doors, sitting 75%, standing 10% and walking 15%, lifting up to 25 lbs. - frequency 1 hour daily (filing), carrying, some bending, some reaching, frequent kneeling/squatting, some climbing stairs/ladders.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
3 - 5 years of marketing experience (within financial services preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding project management skills, and ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and other software programs
