Store Support Center

We are searching for an experienced Director of Marketing & Media for our StoreSupport Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040.

This is an onsite position. Candidates must be able to report to the Store Support Center five days a week.

SUMMARY
TheDirector of Marketing & Media is responsible for the day-to-day strategicmanagement of traditional, digital and shopper marketing programs in support ofsales, brand development and awareness and conversion objectives. Workingclosely with the VP, Digital Marketing & Loyalty, this role will manage thetactical execution of media, promotions, shopper marketing partners in drivingcomparable and total sales, brand awareness and customer acquisition andengagement.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONBILIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned orrequired.

Lead and manage the strategic implementation and tactical execution of Marketing & Merchandising promotional calendar and seasonal customer moments throughout omnichannel paid and owned media.
Partner with the VP, Digital Marketing & Loyalty to ensure a holistic approach to media, promotional and shopper marketing programs leverage the right marketing and media mix and ensure alignment with our company strategy and objectives.
Direct cross-functional work across Marketing, Media and Digital Commerce teams.
Develop annual media, content and measurement plans to support both B2B and B2C customer bases to drive store/digital customer traffic and engagement.
Develop strong working relationships to ensure with key Marketing, Merchandising and Digital Commerce stakeholders.
Manage Media Agency of Record and Digital Coupon/Loyalty partnerships to ensure flawless execution and alignment with sales and engagement goals.
Partner with the Marketing Analytics team and media AOR to develop effective reporting tools that will aid in assessing marketing and media performance and presenting media performance to a broader group.
Oversee promotions and merchandise marketing through effective leadership, providing guidance and prioritization of activities for paid and owned promotional media packages, partnerships, and digital coupons.
Support any local marketing and media needs for store openings or remodels.
Support market level intelligence including the Customer Data Platform (CDP), competitive insights, customer/media profiles and personas, media consumptions/usage trends.
Help initiate and participate in Marketing Creative reviews and digital thoughts leadership meetings to share insights and trends in the marketing, media and shopper spaces and drive innovation through agile test, learn and apply approach.
Direct all relevant budgets for media and content through agency partners.
Direct and motivate the Associate Manager, Social Media and Manager of Shopper Marketing to connect the marketing voice throughout all media channels for both paid and owned media.
EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor'sdegree from four-year college/university with emphasis in Marketing,Advertising, or Business and at least 6-10 years related experience; orequivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is $125,000.00 annually. The actual starting pay will be determined by anumber of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
