Overview

Outcomes This Leader Must Produce

  • Hire qualified faculty while adhering to all HR regulations
  • Ensure full onboarding completion (administrative, compliance, cultural)
  • Produce faculty who feel welcomed, oriented, and supported
  • Launch employees who understand and uphold our standards
  • Lead ethical and generous HR processes (leaves, PFML, FMLA, terminations)
  • Maintain 100% compliance in faculty files
  • Comfort with difficult conversations, clear standards, and accountability
  • Produce faculty satisfaction through meaningful check-ins
  • Ensure teachers keep promises in the classroom and follow policies
  • Lead leadership team members around their career growth, mood, and performance
  • Build a culture where standards are upheld and teams coordinate effectively
  • Onboard new families, protect and strengthen parent satisfaction, deliver on promises, communicate clearly during sensitive situations, and conduct regular check-ins
  • Manage school expenses within budget, lead monthly and bi-monthly financial assessments, and produce under-budget or at-budget outcomes
  • Maintain full compliance with State, Federal, EEC, SEA, and Cognia standards, manage licensing renewals and LEAD portal requirements, ensure faculty and child files remain compliant, protect accreditation status, and produce outcomes required for relicensing
