ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Manager
for Mike Livesay - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.
Build relationships with State Farm adjusters to establish rapport for future claims. xsgimln
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Able to anticipate customer needs
Able to effectively relate to a customer
