Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Merritt Island, FL, for a Business Development Director. The individual in this role will foster strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop growth strategies for the company’s simulation and training solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading the development of proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. The director will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals through innovative strategies and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
- Knowledge of simulation, training, or software development industries is highly desirable
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities
- Experience in proposal development, contract negotiation, and project management
- Familiarity with technology or entertainment game solutions is a plus
