The Account Director is responsible for leading client relationships, driving strategic direction, and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. This role serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets client objectives and fosters long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and client competitors to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage account teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Identify opportunities to grow client business and lead proposal development for new initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or agency account leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy
