Account Manager – Cincinnati, OH (Cannabis Industry)
About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing company in the cannabis industry is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to support sales growth and strengthen partnerships across Cincinnati, OH.

This position offers the opportunity to represent a respected brand, connect with retail partners, and help drive success in one of the most exciting and evolving markets in the country.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with dispensaries, retail accounts, and other partners in the assigned territory

Conduct regular visits to accounts to provide support, share product knowledge, and promote brand initiatives - approximately 90% travel/on the road

Plan and execute in-store demos, product events, and promotional activities

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales strategies

Monitor inventory and assist accounts with product organization and presentation

Keep accurate records of account activity and communications

Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity

Occasionally assist with event setup or materials (up to 50 lbs)

Some evening or weekend work may be required for special events

Preferred Qualifications

Must be 21 or older

1- 3 years of experience in account management, field sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in an independent work setting

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel

Passion for the cannabis space and interest in helping grow a premium brand presence

Competitive base salary with a strong bonus structure and potential for commission
