Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote finance report writer to work within their financial department. This writer will develop and maintain financial reports based on user demand. This candidate needs to come from a financial background and must have a strong background in writing reports including composite and assets. They will need to be very analytical in order to identify trends, opportunities, and identify reusable reports. This position is remote but must sit in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, or WY.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial reports based on user demand

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and opportunities for reusable reports

Write reports across different domains and ensure accuracy and clarity

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a finance background

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Report writer certifications (finance related)

Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow

Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Experience with writing different types of reports within different domains

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Additional finance or reporting certifications

Experience with data visualization tools

Location & Employment
Remote position; candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, or WY. Full-time employment.
