Regular Full-Time Corp Sch A | Laramie, WY, US
This full‑time position is located at the home office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm , Monday‑Friday . You can expect a competitive wage between $5,225 – $5,703 per month, depending on experience.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to advance the organization’s goals and policy priorities, enhance the organization’s brand, generate positive media visibility, and ensure strong communication with members and external stakeholders.

Requirements for Marketing and Engagement Director
- Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects while working on a deadline.

- Experience developing and implementing efficient marketing and engagement strategies.
- Experience in marketing, branding, public relations, and leadership training with a focus on strategic communication.
- Experience planning events or member‑based programming.
- Proficiency in marketing and communication tools.
- Analytical skills to determine effective ways to convey a message.
- Working knowledge of photo and video‑editing software.
